Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
All orders ship from trusted suppliers. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Express options may be available at checkout for select products.
How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Currently we ship within the United States only. We are actively working on expanding internationally. Sign up for our email list and we will notify you as soon as international shipping becomes available.
How do I track my order?+
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page or logging into your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes. Please email contact@thehomepaw.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We offer easy 30-day returns on all orders. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our full Returns page for details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?+
We are sorry to hear that. Please email contact@thehomepaw.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement immediately at no charge to you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?+
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will process an exchange for you. If the item you want is in stock, we will ship it once we receive the return. If it is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.
Products & Quality
Are your products safe for pets?+
Yes. Every product is sourced from reputable trusted suppliers and personally evaluated before listing. We only carry products we would use for our own animals. If you ever have a concern about a specific product, do not hesitate to reach out.
Where do your products come from?+
We source exclusively from trusted suppliers including boutique wholesale partners on Faire and dropship suppliers on Spocket. Every supplier goes through a vetting process before we carry their products.
Account & Rewards
How does the HomePaw Rewards program work?+
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points accumulate in your account and unlock rewards at different tiers. At 100 points you receive a $5 off coupon. At 250 points you receive a $15 off coupon. At 500 points you can redeem a free item valued up to $50. At 1,000 points you receive a free item or 50% off your next order. You must be logged in to earn points.
Do you offer a discount for first-time customers?+
Yes. Sign up for our email list and you will receive a 10% off code for your first order. You can also use code WELCOME10 at checkout.
