Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to love everything you order. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Email us at contact@thehomepaw.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Photos help if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at the carrier.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use, have been washed, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
The following items are not eligible for return: opened treats or edible products, customised or personalised items, and items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately at no charge and cover all return shipping costs.
